Very modern holiday apartment in the centre of Barcelona for two persons
This holiday apartment is in a traditional five storey building with elevator that was constructed in 1900. The first floor apartment was completely renovated in 2014 and equipped with modern furnishings. Featuring a total of approximately 90 m² of living space it can accommodate two persons.
The living room with parquet flooring has a very spacious layout and is divided into a living- and dining area. The living area has a sofa and a flat screen television with digital/USB port. The dining area with a door to the balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs. From the living room you walk through a large white double wing door into the hallway and further down into the modern white tiled kitchen, equipped with cooker, oven, fridge, freezer compartment, dish washer, coffee machine and a small dining table. From the living room you also have access to the bedroom with a large double bed, clothes rack and bedside tables. The bedroom can be closed off from the living room with a door. The hallway leads into a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. A washing machine, free of charge WLAN, bed linen and towels are also available.
The living room leads onto a small street facing balcony which is furnished with two chairs.
This apartment is situated in a lively neighbourhood of Barcelona, about 200 m away from the “Muntaner“ underground station and only about 10 minutes away from various restaurants, tapas bars and supermarkets. The famous “Avenida Diagonal“ avenue is within a 2 minute walking distance. The underground takes you to the local sights in only a few minutes, including the Sagrada Familia.
