Generous wellness house by a lakes landscape, with its own boat jetty and canoe

The house provides a generous 110m² of living space for four people.

It has two bedrooms with double beds (180 x 200cm), of which one is on the ground floor and one in the attic. The ground floor also comprises a bathroom with a shower, a double washbasin and a WC, and an additional WC with a washbasin, a washing machine and dryer, a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and pantry, as well as a living room with a modern suite. The separate wellness room for exclusive use, with access to the terrace, includes a sauna with coloured lights, a whirlpool, a massage shower for two with a steam bath and a starry sky, as well as a relaxation zone.

There is a car parking space right next to the house. Pets and smoking are not allowed. A canoe is available for use free of charge.

It is only 800 metres to the beach and the tidal flats and 3km to Otterndorf, the North Sea town with an idyllic old town, often called the Rothenburg of the north, with a good infrastructure and shops. You an immerse yourself in the thermal baths at the heart of town with a pleasant water temperature of 28-30 degrees Celsius. A kids’ pool, a fun pool and outdoor pool provide relaxation and fun for all ages. You can go on trips to the island of Neuwerk, the island of Helgoland, the maritime town of Bremerhaven and the harbour town of Hamburg, which will make your holiday a special experience.
