Holiday house with a wellness area and a garden
Visit our cosy chalet at Klippitztörl. It was built in 2009 and provides 200m² of living space on three floors. It is at an altitude of 1500 metres. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and discover the sunny side of life. The detached chalet, for your own private use, is quietly situated and is accessed along a private side street.
The basement of around 50m² comprises a wellness room with a whirlpool for six people, an infrared cabin for three people, six deckchairs and a radio. There is a bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine.
The ground floor of around 100m² consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric hob, an oven, a wood-burning stove, a microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher, toaster, fridge-freezer, a generous dining corner, and a living room with a flatscreen TV and a sofa suite for eight people.
The attic of around 100m² provides four bedrooms, each with a double bed and single bed, and a bathroom with a shower and WC.
The terrace provides garden furniture, two parasols and a brick-built charcoal grill. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children.
It is about 300 metres to the nearby signposted hiking trail and there are many interesting hiking routes.
