Brand new for 2019 (completed in October 2018) the modern Villa
Nektaria sits on the steep hillside behind Lourdas beach and offers
panoramic views down the slopes to the bay and along the coastline,
including wonderful sunsets over Luxouri in the distance.

Reached by an uphill driveway and with private gates, Nektaria is a
perfect small house for a family of four (or even five) or two couples.
The bedrooms are both on the upper floor with private balconies and
their own shower rooms. The living room and kitchen are on the lower
level, and lead out to a generous paved terrace and then to the pool
area where you can fully appreciate the views. A barbecue and outdoor
dining area are also provided so that you an enjoy al fresco cooking.

As for Villa Briseis next door, the kitchen is compact yet offers
modern furnishings and fittings. Please note that there are only two
electric rings on the hob (but a full sized oven).

Although completely independent, the fact that Villa Briseis is next
door means that these two houses could be booked together for two
families or groups holidaying together.
