The elegant and family-friendly house with its two holiday apartments is in a quiet location at the heart of Zell am Ziller.
Some parking spaces are available on site.
In the immediate vicinity you can find the town centre, the train station and the supermarket. Opposite the guesthouse there are a big leisure park with a children’s playground, bowling alleys, tennis courts and halls, a Zillertal cycle path, mini golf and a volleyball court, as well as a big outdoor swimming pool. It is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours and cycle trips. The train station and bus stop are just 50 metres away.

The apartment is on the first floor and measures around 70m². It provides two bedrooms each with a double bed (200 x 200cm) and a washbasin. There is a big lounge that can seat 12 people, with cable TV and a fully-equipped kitchen unit with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine. There is a bathroom with a WC. Free wireless Internet access is provided. The apartment is fitted with central heating.
