The villa is located 3,5km from Tivat and 5km from Kotor in the hills overlooking Kotor Bay. It can accommodate 8+2 people in two joined apartments, each fully, nicely, and comfortably equipped. The villa has a 5x9m covered swimming pool with sauna. It is an ideal vacation resort for a family or group of people who want to spend their vacation in a peaceful Mediterranean countryside, but who also want to be close to the buzzing tourist resorts, beaches, restaurants, cafes and shopping centers.
On the top floor there is a parking space and the entrance to the property. A floor lower there are 4 bedrooms with two bathrooms and a balcony with breathtaking view. One floor lower there are two living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens and 2 big terraces leading to the garden and the swimming pool. The Villa is surrounded by well kept Mediterranean vegetation. The house, garden and swimming pool are well maintained and completely equipped for a very comfortable vacation.
It is very private and quiet location in the green and peaceful countryside. There is a beautiful view of the valley and sea from the villa. There is no public transportation and you need a car or a motorbike to be able to move around.

Although it is the youngest town in the Boka region, Tivat has a lot of interesting and attractive destinations. Renaissance Summer House Buca in the centre of city, Ostrvo Cvijeća (Flowers' Island) with sacred monuments, Gornja Lastva, the old nucleus at an altitude of 300 m, the magnificent sandy beach at Plavi Horizonti and the Sveti Marko Island are the most visited tourist destinations in Tivat area. In the city itself there is the natural port Kalimanj. Tivat is also the only place at the Montenegrin coast with an airport. There is also a choice of cultural events, such as "Bocce Olympiad" and "Summer Fest".

The 2000 year old Mediterranean city of Kotor (UNESCO world heritage site) is surrounded by an impressive city wall built by the Republic of Venice and the Venetian influence remains dominant among the architectural influences. The Bay of Kotor (Boka Kotorska), one of the most indented parts of the Adriatic Sea, is sometimes called the southern-most fjord in Europe. With the nearly overhanging limestone cliffs of Orjen and Lovćen one of the great Mediterranean landscapes is created. There are plenty of possibilities for shopping, night life, sightseeing, visiting cafes and restaurants in Kotor and its surroundings.
