A stunning 2/3 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment with Private Roof Garden with Jacuzzi and (sleeping up to 6 Guests).
Situated in a beautifully appointed 5 star Cypriot Resort, Latchi Panorama Magnolia offers ultimate luxury. Based on the edge of the beautiful Akamas National Park Latchi Panorama offers stunning views and a peaceful setting perfect for a relaxed vacation. The residence is based just on the hillside on the outskirts of the traditional Cypriot village of Droushia.
The apartment is furnished to very high standard with a private roof garden with Jacuzzi and built in BBQ. The apartment also boasts air conditioning.
The Master Bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite power shower. The second bedroom boasts twin beds and again offers built in wardrobes. There is also the option to use the upper reading room as a sleeping area; it has a red sofa which can be converted into 2 single beds. We can arrange for cots to be made available if required.
The apartment’s second bathroom includes a fully fitted suite with bath and over bath power shower.
The spacious living room offers a 2 and 3 person sofa. For your entertainment the property also features a LG flat screen TV with BBC and ITV together with European channels and a separate DVD Player.
The fully fitted kitchen has granite worktops Bosch fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. There is also a dining table and 6 chairs.
Patio doors lead out onto a balcony with table and chairs which is 7sqm and there is an outside dining table for 6 persons.
A marble staircase leads onto the roof terrace.
The private roof terrace has a Jacuzzi, built in BBQ, wicker furniture seating 6 persons and 2 sun loungers/beds.
