The buildings are well maintained. There is a 24 hour/7day-guard on duty. The buildings surround the fantastic pool-scape. But, if you wish, you can also cross this pool-scape and have direct access to the promenade along the Atlantic coast. This idyllic path leads to Westhaven Bay, where you will find restaurant and shop, delicious BBQs. Near Balcon del Mar all amenities, shops, supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants, that you can reach by foot. Airport is around 15 minutes by car, taxis cost approximately 20 Euro.

Our apartment consists of American kitchen, living area, bedroom, bathroom and it has a balcony. It is on the third floor (escalator). From the balcony you have beautiful wideangel views from the sea across all the mountains, Tenerife's volcano Teide (and the highest mountain of Spain) and again to the sea.



The apartment was originally planned for private views, so it has a high quality finishing with everything you can think of:

Complete kitchen with all dishes, cookery, cutlery, coffee maker, hot water maker, one built-in fridge, one fridge/freezer, washing machine, e-oven, nice plates and crystal, bed sheets, blankets, cushions,and much more.

Real leather sofa in the living area with possibility of two more beds.

Bedroom with two comfortable beds, bedside tables and lots of space in the cupboard, bed sheets, cushions, blankets.

Huge balcony of around 6 sqm with table and chairs for 4. Blinds protect the sides for more privacy.

You will feel comfortable in our appartment, the compound is well kept and quiet, the pools are just every so refreshing and plenty of promenades.

We provide the basis for a perfect vacation, the rest is up to you ;-))
