Karblickhütte
The romantic Karblickhütte is situated in dreamlike position on a sunny slope near the village Bucheben. The view to the mountains of the "Hohe Tauern" is breathtaking. In the comfortable living room the fire crackles in the open chimney and the sounds of the guitar belonging to the house, will provide the right ambience. A comfortable sauna hut with solarium waits for those who are looking for relax. The kitchen is completely equipped. The equipment encloses an E-cooker with oven, fridge with freezing compartment, coffeemaker, toaster, water cooker, microwave, blender, ice-crusher, bread slicer, electric can-opener etc... Heating by E-radiators. The next inn is about 5 walking minutes from the house. There are binoculars available in order to observe the wonderful landscape and the fauna of the region.

From the parking lot, you will reach the house over a small path through the forest (about 5 walking minutes).

Winter
The basic station of the "Rauriser Hochalmbahnen", cable way, can be reached by car within 8 minutes. The ski resort reaches an altitude of 2.211 m and disposes of 10 lifts and cableways with 30 km of pistes. Within a 1/2 hour drive, you can easily reach the ski resorts of Gastein, Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn and Zell am See. Cross country tracks, toboggan run, horse-drawn sleigh tours, curling etc...

Summer
The house is surrounded by a big garden area (850 m²) with well, meadow and furniture. In the region horseback riding, biking, swimming centre, gold washing and tennis. Directly from the house, you can explore the various hiking tracks of the national park Hohe Tauern.

Please note that any bookings made from 01.02.2012 could be subject to changes in respect to the price, additional charges and description of the property. In the case that the rental price increases by more than 5% then you are entitled to cancel your new booking confirmation within 14 days after receipt free of charge. Alternatively you can also rebook for another property also free of charge.

For changes of the travel price you will receive a final invoice by the end of July 2012. (see also §5 Terms and Conditions)
